Terms of Service

Last updated: October 26, 2026

These terms are the deal between you and cuntymail ("we", "us"). By buying an address or using the service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What you get

For $20 per year you get one email address at @cuntymail.com. It comes with:

  • Forwarding. Mail sent to your address lands in the inbox you chose (for example, your Gmail).
  • Send-as. We give you a password so you can send and reply from your cuntymail address using your own email app.

We don't host a mailbox. We don't store your mail, and there's no webmail login. Mail passes through to your real inbox.

Every order is reviewed

We look at every order by hand before turning it on, usually within 24 hours. We can turn down any order for any reason. Common reasons are names that impersonate someone, names that are offensive, or names we've reserved. If we turn your order down, we refund you in full and you're not charged again.

Some addresses (like admin, support, or billing) are never for sale.

Your address

You're renting the address, not buying it. As long as your subscription is paid up and you follow these terms, it's yours to use and no one else can have it.

  • You need to keep the inbox you forward to working. If mail bounces there, it can't reach you.
  • Keep your send-as password private. You're responsible for anything sent from your address.
  • You can't transfer or resell your address to someone else without asking us.

Payment

  • Payment is handled by Stripe, which acts as the seller of record. That means Stripe charges you, works out any sales tax or VAT, and issues your receipts. Stripe's own terms also apply to the payment.
  • Your subscription renews automatically every year at the then-current price. We'll tell you before changing the price.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime from the link in your receipt emails (Stripe's customer portal).

Refunds

  • Rejected orders are always refunded in full.
  • Otherwise, payments aren't refunded, including for partial years. If something's wrong in your first two weeks and we can't fix it, email us and we'll make it right.

Cancelling

If you cancel, your address keeps working until the end of the year you've paid for. Then it's deleted. Because you chose to leave, there's no grace period.

If a renewal payment fails (an expired card, say), Stripe will retry for a while. If it still doesn't go through, your address is paused and held for you for 30 days. While it's paused, mail sent to it bounces back to the sender and isn't delivered later, and you can't send from it. You can get it back during that time at cuntymail.com/recover.html. After 30 days it's deleted.

Once an address is deleted, it may be offered to someone else. Mail sent to it after that won't reach you.

Rules

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In short, no spam, scams, impersonation, or illegal activity. If you break these rules, we can pause or delete your address without a refund. For serious abuse, we may do that without warning.

How long we'll run

We commit to running cuntymail.com for at least one year from launch. After that, the service continues as long as people keep renewing. If we ever decide to shut down or transfer the domain, we'll tell you ahead of time by email.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep things running, but we provide the service "as is." We can't promise that every email will arrive, that the service will never go down, or that other providers will never mark mail as spam. Don't rely on your cuntymail address alone for anything critical.

As far as the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses, such as lost mail, lost business, or lost data. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make a big change, we'll email you before it takes effect. If you keep using the service after that, you accept the new terms.
